Calum and Lindsay have combined got over 30 years experience in the industry.
We opened the doors to The Bay in August 2006 and have never looked back and strive to move forward and not stand still.
We have won individual awards and also shop awards in the industry.

Calum and Lindsay have both won the UK young fish frier of the year award the only couple in the UK to do this. For this Lindsay was invited to meet the Queen at Buckingham Palace and Calum was on the Ruby Wax Show.
We have also had national coverage on TV for gaining MSC certification.
Calum is an assessor for the industry going round shops doing audits and staff assessments.
We have the drive and fire in our bellies to move forward into the future with the industry and we are as excited now as we were when we started, and have a pure love for the job.
Stuart is our manager and has worked for Calum since he left school 13 years ago and has a great knowledge of the business and the industry.
We are proud to be moving forward in the industry and putting MSC Scottish haddock on our menu and showing other shops this is they only real way forward.
