 The Bay Fish and Chips opened its doors in August 2006 on Stonehavens' beach promenade. It is owned and run by myself (Calum Richardson) and my fiance Lindsay Petrie and have a combined experience of 23 years in the industry between us. Over the years we have gained many awards including Sea Fish Industry Authority Quality Awards and rbs shellivewire business growth challenge award. I won UK Young Fish Frier of the Year 2002-2004, while Lindsay was a finalist 2004-2005 and is now the proud winner of the current Young Fish Frier of the Year coveted title. |
